When you call or submit the form, a real person responds — not an automated system. We listen to what is happening with your device and ask a few simple questions to understand the problem. From there we give you an honest assessment of what is likely wrong and what the repair will involve.

Once you bring your device in or schedule a mobile visit, we run a full diagnostic. We then explain exactly what the issue is, what the repair will cost, and how long it will take — before any work begins. There are no surprises, no hidden fees, and no pressure to proceed if you are not comfortable.

Most repairs are completed the same day. For more complex jobs we give you a realistic timeframe upfront. When the repair is done we test everything thoroughly before handing your device back.

I am blown away by the service here! They fixed my custom-built dual-GPU AI workstation when other places said it could not be done.
