While trying to transfer some info I somehow managed to delete a folder with ~16g of data. A very important folder with hundreds of sub-folders, each with dozens of individual files. after trying everything I could including scanning the drive through command shell, it really appeared that the files were gone.
I called the guys, brought the machine in (on a Sunday), explained the situation, and that I desperately needed to see if the data was recoverable as I needed it the next day (Monday). They stopped everything and gave me priority service, and within 5 hours of dropping it off they had managed to find the data, recover it, make a backup for me, reassemble my machine, and had me ready to go.  As I was thanking him for helping me, he was thanking me for the business and trust. So many businesses (large and small) , really seem to forget that we have a choice of where we spend our money. It was a wonderful change to see someone genuinely grateful and willing to provide this level of service.  He was communicating with me the entire time through text and giving me status updates. He was more than sympathetic, saying he knows how distressing the situation can be, and wanted to help as quickly as he could.
These guys are great at what they do. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them and will be using them for any and all tech needs in the future.
